3 Steps To Better Health

In a world full of information it’s hard to narrow things down and make a plan. Here are three things that you can start doing now to promote wellness.


  1. Move your body the way YOU want to. What is fun for YOU? Whether it’s walking, dancing, swimming, etc, they all are effective. Do it for 30 minutes 5 days a week and watch things change for you.

  2. Eat a diet that includes mostly whole, plant based foods. Inflammation causes many of the chronic diseases that we suffer from. Eating more foods that don’t cause inflammation is a cheat code for wellness.

  3. Get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. Our bodies need time to repair to be at their best.
